High-pressure misting is the only efficient, economical and ecological solution to cool down large open air volumes.
How does adiabatic cooling works?
Our 70 bar high-pressure misting systems will initiate an adiabatic cooling process: a very fine mist of micro-droplets (5µ - 10µ) is being formed. During the evaporation process, the micro-droplets will extract energy (in the form of heat) from the air, resulting in a significant temperature drop of up to 12°C (53,6°F), without wetting the audience/crowd.

Misting lines
The most discrete technique for adiabatic cooling in open-air is to use misting lines connected to a 70 bar Magic Mist high-pressure misting system. Misting lines are made of flexible polyamide or stainless steel and can be tailored to any existing structure.
The number of nozzles on a misting line depends on the required/recommended diameter of the nozzles and the debit of the high-pressure pump.
